| NUGS raised 30,000ghc to start Scholarship Scheme for kids in Ghana |
Ghanaian students' President, it is inexcusable to say we are unable to do anything first for, and by ourselves for our own good. That's why NUGS raised 30,000ghc to start our Scholarship Scheme to provide some tangible hope for that kid somewhere in Ghana looking into the horizon expectant of a miracle from God. We want to lead a union that lives as the miracle our students can count on. This is our time.
I would want to use this opportunity to thank all contributors to the Scholarship, especially Mr Kingsley Awuah-Darko for his generous contribution of 10,000ghc, and to the numerous friends of NUGS, Comrades and Alumnae who we count on to redeem their pledges.
This is our commitment. This is what we will pursue, and again, this is our time!
