The just ended Ghana Tertiary Awards saw two of GIJ students awarded on the night. Anita Akuffo and Wesley Kesse, both Level 400 students, received awards for their exceptional talent and service as influential students.
Wesley took home an award as the Most Influential Male Model for being great at fashion and modelling. Ann was also awarded Most Influential Female Presenter for her delivery on the television fashion show, Fashion GH.
Both students were among the lucky few who won themselves awards from various institutions across the country. Other nominees from GIJ were still thankful for the nominations and were hopeful to win some awards in the coming year.
The Ghana Tertiary Awards is an annual awards scheme which aims at recognizing influential students who go out of their way to excel both in and outside of the lecture halls.
Kudos to all the awardees.
