Central University has opened a new ultra-modern campus in the historic city of Kumasi (Ayigya).

The modern campus equipped with modern facilities for learning and research is adjacent to the beautiful and serene grounds of the popular Charismatic Church (CCC) headed by Rev. Dr. Ransford Obeng.

The Kumasi campus was established to bring Central University‘s global brand of transformational and top-quality education to the people of the Ashanti Region and its environs.

The Kumasi campus which will start admitting students from early September, 2016, when academic year begins, will run: Bachelor of Science in Management Studies, Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness Management, Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with options in Marketing, Human Resource Management and Accounting; MBA Finance, MBA Marketing, MBA General Management and Bachelor of Arts in Theology.

The Kumasi campus adds to the growing number of campuses of Central University which includes campuses such as Mataheko, Christ Temple - Abossey Okai and the permanent campus at Miotso.

Central University which became a fully-fledged University early this year is the biggest private university in Ghana with students from over 25 countries. The University offers a range of quality programs through its 4 Schools and 2 Faculties.The Schools are the School of Applied Sciences, The School of Theology and Missions, the Central Business School and the Graduate School. The faculties are the Faculty of Law, and the Faculty of Science and Social Science.
