Adele has premiered in full a live performance of "When We Were Young," the second song lifted from her forthcoming album 25.

Adele's potent vocals are showcased in her new video, which was taped at The Church Studios in London, where some of the tracks for her third album (due worldwide on Nov. 20) were cut.

The British singer had teased the nostalgic tear-jerker earlier this week in a promo for her interview with Australia’s 60 Minutes.

"When We Were Young" is the follow-up to Adele’s comeback single "Hello," which has smashed a slew of records since it arrived last month. In her homeland, "Hello" became the biggest-chart topper in three years and claimed the country’s one-week streaming record. Its video, directed by Xavier Dolan, had the most explosive debut of any this year, having racked up 50 million views in its first 48 hours alone. It also broke Vevo’s 24-hour record with 27.7 million views in a single day. In the U.S. "Hello" vaulted onto the Billboard Hot 100 (dated Nov. 14) at No. 1, setting a record for the most U.S. downloads sold in a week: 1.11 million, according to Nielsen Music. No other song has shifted a 1 million downloads in a single week.

"When We Were Young" was written by Adele and Tobias Jesso Jr and its clip was helmed by the award-winning director Paul Dugdale (Rolling Stones, Ed Sheeran, The Prodigy). Watch the video below.
