I earn a lot of money doing nothing – Van Gaal

Manchester United manager, Louis van Gaal, has revealed that he has so many assistants that he hardly gets to do anything.

The Dutchman took over the Old Trafford club last year after the World Cup and led them back into the Champions League.

United are currently fourth in the Premier League and Van Gaal has spoken a bit into how he runs the club.
“I’m from a time where [the coach] did everything,” he told The Telegraph.

“Now I’m the manager and I have a sports science department, I have a scouting department, I have a medical department, I have assistant managers, I have assistant coaches.

“I don’t do anything – nothing! I delegate. I delegate, and I earn a lot of money.”
