Uche Igboeli emerges miss Nigeria Ghana

Uche Igboeli, a final year student of Central University College, Ghana has been crowned Miss Nigeria Ghana Queen. The beautiful young lady, who is studying Pharmacy, emerged the winner of the beauty contest at a colourful ceremony held at the National Theater, Accra, Ghana penultimate Saturday.

Uche had her primary and secondary education at Hope Children School and Loral International Secondary School in Lagos, Nigeria. She finished her secondary education at the age of 16 in the year 2012 and started her university education in Ghana the same year.


In 2012, she contested for ‘Face of Central University College’ where she emerged the 2nd runner-up. She joined efforts with the winner and the first runner-up then to raise funds for a breast cancer patient. In April 2015, Uche also contested for the Miss Imo State beauty pageant. She made it to the top 5 where she won the ‘Best Behaved Contestant’ award and became an ambassador of Renny’s Restaurant in Imo state.

On October 18, 2015, Uche was crowned as the 3rd Miss Nigeria Ghana Queen. Her projects as the new queen include a Breast Cancer Awareness Programme in the 10 regions of Ghana and empowering children through education....
