There is mixed infection including fungi because of the whitish discharge and most likely chlamydia because of the yellowish discharge. You will need to do endocervical and high vaginal swabs for microscopy, culture and sensitivity. No matter the result the medication will include antifungal preferably insertion and doxycycline.
