Buttery garlic potatoes

These potatoes are so easy to make yet so delicious and the perfect addition or side to any meal.

Ingredients

•   12 potatoes, quartered
•   1⁄4 butter
•   4 garlic cloves, minced (more or less to taste)
•   1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
•   1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
•   1⁄2 teaspoon salt
•   1⁄2 1tablespoon dill, chopped

Directions



Add potatoes to salted water in a large pot. Cook until tender and drain.
Melt the butter in a small skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and salt. Cook, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes or until garlic is tender.
Add parsley, pepper, and dill. Pour over potatoes, tossing gently to coat. Enjoy.
