The 9th Congregation of the Presbyterian University College, Ghana has been scheduled as follows:
Date: Saturday, 5th December, 2015
First Session: 8:00am
Second Session: 1:00pm
Venue: Ramseyer Training Centre (RTC) Auditorium, Abetifi
Students, who have completed their programmes of study and wish to be presented during the Congregation should from the date of this publication supply the underlisted information to the Office of the Registrar through the University’s email address; info@presbyuniversity.edu.gh:
Full Name of Graduand, Programme of Study, I.D. Number, Contact Address/Telephone Numbers/Email address
All Graduands are to note the following:

  1. Only those who forward their names and particulars to the Registrar on or before Wednesday, 2nd December, 2015, will be presented. No registration will be accepted after this date.
  2. Graduands are required to attend a rehearsal on Friday 4th December, 2015 at 3:00pm at the RTC Auditorium Okwahu Campus, Abetifi – Kwahu.
  3. Those to be presented are expected to be seated at the Congregation grounds as follows: First Session, 8am and Second Session, 1pm in their academic gowns over a formal dress. Each graduand may come along with two guests to the congregation
  4. Each graduand is expected to pay an amount of GHC300.00 directly into one of the following University Account located in the Campus he/she studied: GCB 2191130004630 Mpraeso Branch, GCB 2091130003837 Akropong Branch, GCB 6221130003123 Agogo Branch, and UT Bank 0061100004465 Community Two, Tema. (Graduands are expected to forward the pay-in-slip to any of the Finance Office of the respective Campuses).
  5. A Congregational Thanksgiving Service will be held on Sunday, 6th December, 2015 at the RTC Auditorium, Abetifi at 8:00am. Certificates will be issued to Graduates on Sunday after the Church Service at the Okwahu Campus.
The First Session will be for graduating Students from School of Business and Economics and Faculty of Science and Technology
The  Second Session will be for graduating Students from Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences and Faculty of Development Studies
**Every Graduand is expected to fill the clearance form at the respective Campuses. The payment of the money is towards the cost of the following: hiring of academic gown, certificate and certificate folder, lunch for graduands & their two guests, PUCG Souvenirs, Congregation Publications and other miscellaneous expenses.
Graduand are to visit the University Website for further information.
