Speaking to the Ghanaian media, Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane revealed that conceding a goal at home to Medeama Sports Club is a headache for his men.

The Brazilians' mentor was speaking in the West African country ahead of their crucial CAF Confederation Cup second leg playoff match on Wednesday.

The South African Absa Premiership champions defeated their Ghanaian counterparts 3-1 in Pretoria, and will now aim to wrap up the tie in Tarkwa to book a spot in the group stages of the competition.

"Medeama had a goal in South Africa and that is a great headache to us," Mosimane is quoted as saying by Ghanasoccernet website.

"That away goal is a great advantage for them. They will try to make good use of it in the second leg and that is a problem.

"If the first leg had ended without Medeama having a goal, it would have been different.

"It is difficult but my boys are ready for the job.”

It is also reported that Sundowns are scheduled to hold their last training session on Tuesday, at Essipong Sports Stadium.

The match is set to be a thriller as Medeama interim coach and technical director, Augustine Adotey, has announced that they are eager to send the Brazilians packing.

The clash will be staged at Sekondi-Takoradi Stadium on Wednesday, kicking-off at 17h00 CAT.
