Some media practitioners upon sighting the new logo for the first queried the EC as to why the change.
The new logo has colours such as red, green, white, yellow and blue.
The explanation by a Deputy Commissioner of the EC Georgina Opoku Amakwaah that the move is part of a re-branding exercise did not go down well with the participants of a workshop on the November polls.
They opined the new logo looks too foreign and charged the commission to revert to the old one.
