One of the world’s greatest praise and worship leaders, Don Moen, has congratulated his boxer “friend” Manny Pacquiao for his Saturday night win over America’s Timothy Bradley.

The fighting congressman from Sarangani province dropped Timothy Bradley in the seventh and ninth rounds en route to a unanimous-decision victory on Saturday night at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. All three ringside judges scored it 116-110, as did the Guardian.

Afterward, he confirmed the central selling point of the promotion that it was his last fight.

“Yes, I am retired,” Pacquiao said. “I want to go home to my family and serve the people,” Pacquiao said after the bout.

This was Pacquiao’s recent fight after he lost a crucial fight to Floyd Mayweather some eleven months ago.

This bout also comes few months after his alleged homophobic comments gained global attention and cost him a deal with Nike.

But all that did not distract the man who says his firm belief in God and his word, cannot allow him to endorse homosexuality or any other sin.

Few minutes after the fight was over, the global gospel musician Don Moen, took to his Facebook page to congratulate Manny Pacquiao. He posted a photo of him and the boxer in a fist and said, “Congrats to my friend Manny Pacquiao on his win tonight!!!

Go Manny!!!”

The post received nearly 140,000 likes, about 10,000 shares and over 2,000 comments.
