Admissions Procedure

This is a guide to applying for admissions at PentVars. There are two modes of application, online and by post. Kindly read the instructions under the suitable headlines.

Online Applicants

  1. Go to the admissions tab
  2. Click on the Online Admissions link
  3. Fill the forms appropriately
  4. Click on the send button when you are done
  5. Print a copy of the filled forms
  6. Add certified copies of your relevant certificates
  7. Purchase a bankers draft for Gh¢80 in Ghana  and $100 outside Ghana in the name of Pentecost University College

  1. Or submit personally at the Academic Affairs Office, Sowutuom Campus.

Applying by post 

  1. Purchase Pentecost University College Forms at any of these outlets:
  2. All Church of Pentecost Area Offices
  3. Ghana Post Office (EMS counters in all regional branches nationwide)
  4. FedEx offices nationwide
  5. Pentecost University Main Campus, Sowutuom – Accra (Accounts Office)
  6. ECOBANK, Abeka Branch

or Download

  1. Fill form appropriately
  2. Add certified copies of your certificates and all relevant documents (including 3 passport pictures. Please make sure you endorse one (1) of them per the instructions on the form)

Local Applicants (Ghanaians)

Local Applicants should please note that the online application will require scanned copies of result slip, passport size photograph and a cash deposit slip covering GH80.00 paid to Pentecost University College from any Ecobank. Standard Chartered Bank or International Commercial Bank branches across Ghana.

International Applicants (Non-Ghanaians)

Online application for International Applicants will require scanned copies of result slip, scanned passport size photograph and scanned cash deposit slip covering $100.00 paid to Pentecost University College from any Ecobank branch.

Summary

International Applicants - $100.00
