Koforidua Polytechnic 12th Congregation

It is announced for the information of Koforidua Polytechnic alumni and the general public that, the 12^th Congregation of the Polytechnic for the award of Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) Degree, Higher National Diploma (HND) and non-HND to persons who completed their programmes of study in 2015 has been slated for Saturday, 20^th February, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. at the Polytechnic’s Ceremonial Grounds.
Graduands who wish to be presented at the Congregation are to register at the Students’ Services Department on or before Friday, 12^th February, 2016. The following particulars would be required:

The Congregation fees are as follows:

• Degree (B.Tech.) – GH¢200.00
• HND – GH¢200.00
• Non-HND – GHٕ¢200.00
• Artisans – GH¢50.00

Payments are to be made at any networked branch of ADB Account Number, 2011010016896301of the Koforidua Polytechnic on or before Friday, 12^th February, 2016 to cover the following:
Cost of Certificates
Cost of Certificate Holders
Hiring of Academic Gowns
Congregation Brochure
Souvenirs

(Please note: these payments should not be paid through the transflow system)
There will be rehearsals for graduands on Friday, 19^th February, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at the Ceremonial Grounds. Graduands who fail to present themselves for the rehearsals shall not be graduated. There will be Time with Alumni (a live band in attendance) immediately after the rehearsals at the same venue.

Graduands are required to come along with two guests each whose accommodation and meals shall be borne by the graduands themselves.

All graduands are to note that those who are unable to attend the Congregation shall be required to pay the same amount during the collection of their certificates.
