Beyonce's accomplishments are widespread and very, very impressive, and yet none of that trumps her most proud moment -- becoming a mom.
In an interview with Garage magazine, which Beyonce graces the cover of, the singer gushed about her career and motherhood, and how the two don't even compare. See more pics below."Out of everything I've accomplished, my proudest moment, hands-down, was when I gave birth to my daughter, Blue," she said.
Beyonce and Jay Z tied the knot in 2008 and welcomed their baby girl in January 2012. But who does she credit for making her a good parent? Her own mother of course.
The 34-year-old said her mom, Tina Knowles, has helped her become the woman and mother she is today.
"My biggest hero is and always will be my mother. She has taught me about caring for others, working hard and working smart," she told the magazine.
"Everything I know about being a mother comes from the examples she has shown. My mother has instilled confidence in my sister and me and taught us to always be grateful."
