Chinese people wrap cars with ‘skirts’ to keep off rats

When it comes to innovations, you don’t need to go far – just at what some of these Chinese people are doing. To protect their cars from rats those chew the carburetor wires and unabashedly leave their droppings on the engine, some people in Nanning city, south China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, have come up with a “car skirt.” 

It’s unclear how they came up with the name, but the cloth and bamboo sheets are designed to cover parts of the car, entirely or partially, to protect their vehicles from the rodents. Let’s talk about some DIY here.
